Digital delivery policy

No physical shipping

ReadyStill is a digital Chrome extension and software license. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, so physical shipping charges, tracking numbers, and delivery regions do not apply.

How delivery works

The extension is installed through its Chrome Web Store listing. The first ten successful export sessions do not require a purchase. After Razorpay confirms a captured payment, the lifetime license key is delivered to the signed-in ReadyStill account. The key can then activate up to three personal Chrome installations.

Payment still pending

Some payments remain pending while Razorpay or the issuing financial institution confirms capture. ReadyStill does not issue a key from the browser callback alone; the account updates only after server-side verification. If a completed charge does not produce a license, email support@readystill.appfrom the purchase address with the payment reference. Do not send card or bank credentials.

Cancellation and refunds

Before payment, close the checkout without charge. After payment, the digital license is governed by the 14-day refund policy. A full refund revokes future activation and the online entitlement as described there.

Store availability

Chrome controls installation availability, supported browser versions, account access, and Store review or distribution restrictions. A license does not override Chrome's platform restrictions or make protected browser pages capturable.
