Try before paying

ReadyStill includes ten complete exports without a card or watermark so you can test the real workflow before purchasing.

Cancel before payment

You may close Razorpay Checkout before completing payment. ReadyStill does not charge a cancellation fee and does not use recurring billing for the lifetime local core. See the Digital delivery policy for delivery details.

14-day refund window

If ReadyStill does not fit your workflow, email support@readystill.app within 14 calendar days of purchase from the email used at checkout. Include the Razorpay payment ID or account email.

What happens after a refund

Once Razorpay confirms a full refund, the online entitlement, active devices, and future activations are revoked. An installed device loses access when it next renews its signed entitlement or when its offline lease expires. Partial refunds are recorded but do not automatically revoke the entire license. Refund timing at your bank or payment method is controlled by Razorpay and the financial institution.

Abuse

We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund abuse or fraudulent transactions, subject to applicable consumer law.
